STARTERS

Chespin is one of the 3 starters you can choose in the beggining of Pokemon X and Y. It is the grass type starter. Out of the 3 starters Chespin is highly adapted to defense. At level 16 it evolves into Quilladin who remains as a grass type. Later at level 36 it evolves into Chesnot who has the highest defence stat out of the 3 starters. The hidden ability Bullet proof makes Chesnot immune to Acid Spray, Aura Sphere, Barrage, Bullet Seed, Egg Bomb, Electro Ball, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Gyro Ball, Ice Ball, MagnetBomb, Mist Ball, Mud Bomb, Octazooka, Rock Wrecker, Searing Shot, SeedBall, Sludge Bomb, Weather ball, Zap Cannon. Chesnots special move, Spiky Shield makes Physical moves have no damage and can mildl y injure the opponent

Froakie is one of the 3 starters you can choose in the beggining of Pokemon X and Y. It is the water type starter. At level 16 it then evolves into Frogadier who yet remains as a water type. Later at level 36 it evolves into Greninja who becomes a dark-water type. Greninja specilizes in speed. Greninja is the only starter in all the genarations who fighting is super effective on. Greninjas hidden ability is Protien which allows it to change into the type of the move which it has used before. Greninja's special move is water shuriken. It keeps atacking the foe up to five times and is a water type move.

Fennikin is one of the 3 starters you can choose in the beggining of Pokemon X and Y. It is the fire type starter. Out of the 3 starters Fennikin is highly adapted to special attack. Fennikin evolves at level 16 into Braixen who remains as a fire pokemon. Later Braixen evolves into Delphox at level 36 whose type switches to fire-phsychic. It's special ability is Magician which allows it to steal the item of the opponent after the use of any move. Delphox's special move is mystical fire which deals a fair amount of damageand lowers the special attack for one stage.

MAIN LEGENDARIES

Yveltal is the main Legendary in Pokemon Y. It is flying-dark type and it is the pokemon of destruction. Yveltal is strongest in special attack. Its special move is Oblivian Wing is a flying type move which drains the opponents health and heals Yveltal. In the movie Cocoon of destruction Yveltal is defeated by Xerneas.

Xerneas is the main Legendary in Pokemon X. It is a fairy type and is the pokemon of life. Xerneas has a pretty useful special attack. It's special move Geomancy is a fairy type move which takes two turns. The first turn Xerneas charges up.

On the second turn, the user's Special Attack,Special Defense, and Speed increase by two stages. Making it much stronger. In the movie Cocoon of destruction Xerneas defeats Yveltal

Zygarde is the pokemon of Order and is also a legendary in Pokemon X and Y. It can be caught in Terminus cave. Zygarde is a Dragon-Ground pokemon that is said to bring back order when ecosystems have gone distray. Zygarde's ability is aura break which can counter Yveltal's and Xerneas's abilitys. Zygarde has a signature move called Land's Wrath which is a powerful ground type move that damages the opponent. Zygarde specializes in it's defense.

Hoopa, Volcanion and Diance were each pokemon that got hacked into the game. Hoopa has not yet come out but many people use powersaves to get it. Hoopa has 2 forms Unbound and normal form and a unique move to each form Hyperspace Hole is unique to the normal form and Hyperspace Fury is unique to Hoopa Unbound. Hoopa is a Psychic-Ghost type and Hoopa Unbound is a Psychic-Dark. Volcanion also has not yet come out. And people are using powersaves to get it as well. Volcanion is a Water-Fire type. Volcanion's special move is Steam Eruption. Volcanion is known for its ringed back. The ringed back is opened up when a move is used.

Diancie is the only one of the three to be released. Diancie is a Rock-Fairy type. Its special move is Diamond Storm. Diancie has a mega evolution. Its mega stone can be obtained in the game itself.
