Mudkip is one of the 3 starters you can choose in the beggining of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. It is the water type starter. Mudkips evolution is Marshtomp. Marshtomp is a ground-water type. Marshtomps evolution is Swampert just like Marshtomp Swampert is a ground-water type. Swamperts mega evolution Mega Swampert raises special defence and defence the most. Mega Swampert is the Strongest mega out of the starter mega pokemon starters.

STARTERS
Treeko is one of the 3 starters you can choose in the beggining of omega ruby and alpha sapphire. It is the grass type starter. Treeko is the fastest of the 3 starters. Treekos second evolution is grovyle who remains a grass type. At level 36 it evolves into Sceptile who yet remains as a grass type. When Sceptile mega evolves into mega Sceptile it changes its type to Dragon-Grass. It increases in its special atttack highly. Extrordinarly it gets the ability lightning rod which makes it immune to elctric type moves.
Torchic is one of the 3 starters you can choose in the beggining of omega ruby and alpha sapphire. It is the fire type starter and is mostly focused on attack. It evolves into Combusken who is a fire-fighting type. After level 36 it becomes a Blaziken which remains as a fire-fighting type. When Blaziken mega evolves it gets the maximum boost in attack. Mega Blazikens ability is speed boost which is also the hidden ability for Blaziken. Speed Boost slowly increases speed untill maxed out or the pokemon who posses the ability faints.
OMEGA RUBY AND ALPHA SAPPHIRE LEGENDARIES
The main Legendaries in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are Groudon and Kyogre. They are found during the story line. Kyogre is the symbol for water who is awakened by Team Aqua only in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire while Groudon is the symbol of land who is awoken by Team Magma only in Pokemon Omega Ruby. Primal Groudon's ability is Desolate Land which cancels all water type moves. Primal Kyogre's abilty is Primortal sea which cancels all fire type moves.
Besides Groudon and Kyogre there are 2 other legendaries to catch in the story of the game. Rayquaza and Deoxys. Raquaza is the last piece to completing the trio of ground, water and land. Rayquaza symbolizes the sky. In pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Rayquaza's primal form has been identified as the strongest pokemon. Sadly After mega evolution Rayquaza can not change back to it's original form. Mega Rayquaza has the most powerfull move called as Dragon Ascent which can deal a amazing amount of damage. Mega Rayquaza's ability Delta Stream nulifies all weather changing move and makes any move super effective move on flying not so effective.
Deoxys is known as the DNA pokemon and has 4 forms the four forms are normal form, attack form, defence form, speed form. Normal form (bottom right) is the Deoxys that you catch in the wild. Speed form (bottom left) is the fastest pokemon ever created. Defense form (top right) has more defense than all the Deoxys'. And lastly attack form (top left) has more attack than all of them.

Team Aqua, on the other hand want's Primal Kyogre to cover the planet in water to regain the habitat's pokemon lost because of humans. Team Aqua's leader is Archie. He's just like Maxie. Team Aqua has two admins Shelly the female. And Matt the male. Archie uses Mega Sharpedo for his Pokemon.
